Webster Campaign
I developed this campaign for Strohl Systems to promote their continuity planning software, LDRPS. The campaign featured emoticon imagery across multiple channels: t-shirts, a trade booth, web banner ads, and print ads. Strohl was a key client at the agency where I worked at the time. As a global leader in business continuity solutions, they served over 2,000 customers in 20 countries, including nearly 30% of Fortune 500 companies.
They were a challenging client to manage, but it provided a valuable lesson in understanding stakeholder requests—particularly the importance of asking detailed questions and staying curious. As the lead designer, I was responsible for all aspects of the campaign, ensuring consistency from concept to execution. The "Webster" campaign successfully ran for two consecutive years.
